Logos sketched by hand, ice cream cups, sweatshirts, a font I drew from scratch, and paintings on everything from canvas to denim.
Every logo starts as a pencil sketch before it goes into Illustrator: identities for cannabis brands, a PR firm, wellness and pet businesses.
Love Birds Ice Cream, designed start to finish: the logo, the pint cups, and a hand-drawn pattern and lid color for every flavor.
Merch and apparel: a freelance logo refresh and sweatshirt line for Summer’s Sports Bar in Manhattan Beach, the logo and sweatshirt for SatoriMob, the LA graffiti apparel brand founded by creator @reverielove, and Bel-Air Athletics, Will Smith’s Fresh Prince-inspired apparel brand, where I made pitch decks, helped plan the Instagram and pick which photos to post, answered customers, and pitched ideas for upcoming drops. It was mid-pandemic, so we kept the feed as interactive as possible.

Business cards, a one-pager and direct-mail postcards designed in Illustrator: for 17th Street Photography, Catalyze AI and Reppond Investments.
Type-led posters and print, including EDGE, a full typeface I drew myself for surf and skate magazines and posters.
Art made through all kinds of media: acrylic on canvas, fabric paint on denim, the Illustrator pen tool, ink and watercolor. More on Instagram at @artbythestringbean.
